Who are we?

How do I track my order?

Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your tracking information so you can follow it every step of the way.

Does REGENAMD ship worldwide?

Yes! We ship internationally. Please note that some orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, or other charges depending on your country’s regulations. These additional fees are the responsibility of the buyer and must be paid for customs clearance.

REGENAMD does not collect these fees in advance, and we can’t predict what your local charges may be. If a package is refused due to unpaid customs, we unfortunately cannot refund the shipping costs.

How long does shipping take?

Standard shipping typically takes 7-11 business days for domestic orders. International delivery times vary depending on the destination. While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, occasional delays may occur due to customs or courier issues. If you need help with your order, simply reach out — our team is happy to assist.

There’s a problem with my order. How do I get in touch?

What about refunds and exchanges?

We stand by the quality of our products and offer a 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee on standard orders. If you're not fully satisfied, you can request a return or refund within 30 days of purchase (limit one use per product per order).

Subscription orders are non-refundable, so be sure to cancel before your next billing date if you no longer wish to receive them.

For faulty or incorrect orders, email Regenamdwellness@sphereventurescorp.com with your order number, a brief description of the issue, and a clear photo. Refunds are typically processed to your original payment method within 20 business days of approval.

I received a damaged or defective item. What should I do?

We’re so sorry your order didn’t arrive in perfect condition. Please email us within 2–3 days of receiving your package with clear photos of the issue and let us know if you’d prefer a replacement or a refund.

Our team will guide you through the process as quickly as possible, and once your claim is processed, we’ll send you an update via email.

Can I change or cancel my order after it’s been placed?

Because our warehouse begins processing orders right away, we’re unable to modify or cancel orders once they’re submitted.
